Cornell student organizations may request co-sponsorship for events if the event meets the following criteria:
- Event is sponsored and/or organized by a university registered student organization
- Topic is about or related to feminist, gender, and/or sexuality studies
- Event is free and open to the public
- Event will take place on Cornell's Ithaca campus (or will be easily accessible to the Ithaca community)
- Event has an academic component, like a lecture, workshop, or conference (it is not a social reception only)
- Submissions must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the event date for consideration
Support provided by the program
- Promotion of your event to our program mailing lists
- Inclusion of your event on our program digital screen (must provide a flyer as .jpeg or .png file; 1920x1080 pixels)
- Funding support (must provide a budget with your request for funding)
Student group responsibilities
- Making all logistical arrangements for the event
- Creating all promotional material (the Feminist, Gender, & Sexuality Studies Program should be listed as a co-sponsor)
